Invisalign

Straight teeth, no braces

Smile the whole way through treatment with this 'invisible' treatment option. Invisalign is one of the most cosmetically pleasing treatment options. It consists of a series of aligners that are custom-made for the individual patient using a very thin, clear plastic aligner. As the patient you change your aligners every two weeks and these moulds are designed to gradually move your teeth into place. Chances are most people won't even know you're in treatment!

The treatment option that suits your lifestyle. Because you can take your aligners out for up to 2 hours a day there are no restrictions on what you can eat or drink. It also means you can brush and floss as normal so it's much easier to maintain good dental hygiene. The news that many patients like to hear is that you're only required to visit our practice every 8-12 weeks, saving you time!

No metal and wires means less discomfort. Traditional metal braces can rub against the side of your mouth and your gums but because Invisalign doesn't involve any metal brackets or wires the chance of this happening is very minimal.

Invisalign isn't an option for you. If you've been told this, we might be able to help! Just like with any treatment, it's always good to get a second opinion. If you've been told that Invisalign isn't an option for you we may be able to help! Dr. Rhonda Coyne is a certified Invisalign Provider and a member of The Invisible Orthodontist, a nation-wide group of specialist orthodontists focused on treating patients using invisible techniques.
